My current focus is on designing experience that protects vulnerable populations and defend against the world’s most challenging security threats. My work involves uncovering that which people need, want and love and incorporating those findings as requirements into the design cycle. I specialize in international research and I have conducted workshops and published my work in a wide range of academic and industrial gatherings globally. To uncover user experiences I’ve collaborated and partnered with companies such as Google, Intel, TomTom, Boeing, Toyota and Ford.
I hold a doctorate degree in User System Interaction from the Technical University of Eindhoven and a masters degree in Human Factors and Systems from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Currently I am an experience researcher at Jigsaw.
